How does he know?!

Episode 2 has been comforting because Stuart spoke to just about everything I am currently experiencing. And it all comes down to my choices. My choices to release, my choices to do the things I don’t want to do but know I need to, my choices about where I spend my energy. Stuart is the friend you want to sit next to (preferably at his Lough Derg) and contemplate life with. If you listen to these podcasts, you will feel seen.

I needed this conversation.

I just got through listening to Stuart & Eanna’s interview. And I am in awe of what I just heard. It was truly awakening. They tackle some really tough and potentially delicate subjects with respect and grace that was beautiful to hear. And I really appreciated that. Everybody that’s experiencing a growth and healing renewal journey should really deep dive into this podcast. Thank you so much Stuart.

Excellent podcast

The best thing about Stuart's podcast is that he's not presenting himself as a guru or expert who has all the answers. The whole point is that he's learning and exploring and inviting listeners into doing the same and thinking for themselves. He shares the thoughts and ideas of self-development thinkers and experts from the books he's read, as well as open and honest stories from his own life relevant to each week's topic to illustrate his understanding and open up the topics for his listeners. The interview episodes are wonderful, as he's a warm and charming host who clearly enjoys chatting with his guests and diving into their knowledge and expertise. Highly recommended.

Brilliant podcast

I enjoyed the definition and examples of self-discipline Stuart uses here. It both called me out on areas I’ve been slacking in and reminded me how far I’ve come. With encouraging quotes, relatable examples and ideas it prompted me to re-examine how and what I think about “self discipline”. I enjoyed this episode and am looking forward to the next ones. Take a listen, you’ll love it.
