When focusing on happiness above all else becomes toxic. Like anything else, happiness can become negative when you focus only on accepting it above other experiences. • Self-Analysis For your happiness
    Feb 3 2022

I apologize for the poor qualify of this recording. I unplugged my mic. However, the show must still go on. Today's episode is about self analysis to develop your happiness. With each year, it is a good idea to think about your previous year highs and lows. To take inventory of the things you did well and the things you still need to work on. Of course, you don't know what you do not know. Therefore, learning is a major part of your development from where you were to where you are going. Remember life is always what you make it.

  • Wounded not Broken
    Nov 30 2021

Abuse comes in many shapes and forms. It comes to some of us at birth. For others, it comes out of nowhere. It can rob us of our happiness and joy by causing us to become depressed and fearful. That pain leaves scars. Even though we may be physically, mentally, or verbally abused, we are not damaged goods. We can choose happiness by focusing on the necessary work to get ourselves out of the situation. We can do it by seeking help, distance, or termination with the relationships. And, if we turn out to be the abuser, we can find happiness in the same way as the victim, through seeking help to heal whatever is causing us to seek the need to victimize another.
