• Tense and Release Deep Sleep Meditation

    This is an active sleep meditation - it suits a really busy over active mind, because you are engaging the body with focus, tensing and releasing certain parts of the body as my voice instructs. What you will find is the energy that is used up with anxious overthinking becomes absorbed wthin the fascia of the body. Stress is diverted from the mind into your muscles and as you release you give your energetic field permission to RELAX.

    Its powerful when we bring the body into meditations - the way it should be.

    Get yourself into bed and audaciously spread yourself out like a star fish - this echoes in life, because you forget - YOU ARE HERE TO TAKE UP SPACE - and for that - you need a good nights sleep.

  • GROUNDING THE VISION - ALCHEMISING GUILT, SHAME AND FEAR.

    This meditation is part of two courses I run for female professional and personal development - Intuition & Ambition and Circle Holder Training. I work closely with these women so that they can develop their craft, hold sacred space and really begin to teach whats in thier bones and move away from a 3d, Patriachal Paradigm and make money and a good standard of living for themselves through the love and knowledge that they have to give to the world.

    This Meditation - was written for those women, and all other women that I will be blessed enough to mentor. Because I understand how scary this work is when you decide that you are going to go after your craft.

    There are 3 major emotions that are going to block anyones abundance and flow - those emotions are guilt, shame and fear. They block the 3 lower chakras that rule our ability to flow, nourish ourselves and believe in ourselves. This meditation is a tool for you to alchemise guilt, shame and fear - because its all valuble - emotions must be felt and the released - thats the only way we find our grounding.

    Please use this meditation if you have guilt, shame and fear around your work or your craft. It will clear and make sense of the emotions and enable you to go deeper and fill the spaces that are currently occupied by guilt, shame and fear - with pride, compassion, excitement and calmness. Then get to work on your vision, project or dreams.     This is a soft yet powerful sleep meditation - really good if your looking for a sleep meditation that is easy to 'get into' and will have you floating off to the sound of waves after the initial semi upbeat intro.

    I use breath awareness and coming inside the body in all of my sleep meditations to slow down the mind and put all of my students into a state of relaxation - this one is gorgeous enjoy - and please comment, like and share with your friends and loved obnes of you like it - and im pretty sure you will.

    Pauline is delivering her Sweet Freedom Programme: Embrace A Sugar-Free Lifestyle for Hormone Harmony @ Circle Liverpool beginning on Wed 3rd April 2024

    This is such an interesting listen that will benefit all women.

    Pauline talks us through what hormonal imbalances show up as physical symptoms and mental signs, the interplay of cortisol, insuline and oestrogen & prosgesterone and how they affect our mood, sleep, hunger levels, cravings and physical well being.

    We also delved into the hidden sugars that so mnay of us will be totally unaware of that are hidden in our foods and labelled as something else on the back of the packet.

    A topic that is so important for all women to learn is also discussed with menstrual cycle awareness and adapting our lives to our cycles - its true that we physically and mentally cannot do during and leading up too our bleeding days that we could do no stress at all leading up too and over ovulation - this is the reason why so many women are so hard on themselves and burn out - we operate on a 28 day cycle, whereas men operate on a 24 hour cycle.

    Pauline and I are very similar in the sense that we understand that we are here to cause a ripple effect through empowering the people around us with life changing education and knowledge.
