I go over my last week or so of my so-called training and a short trail race. I also mention a little about cycling. 1) The Italian Team; 2) Mark Cavendish. That's all folks

I am restarting the podcast finally. I think over a year is long enough for a layoff. As usual this podcast is unscripted so I am mostly rambling on again.

I ran a couple of short trail races in the last few months and I just got back from Disney World where I ran the Wine & Dine 5K.

A little training update and that is about it for this episode. Hopefully I can keep this going for awhile.

Episode 156 should have been part of episode 155, but I recorded it a month or so ago and misplaced it therefore I have another episode for you.

Disregard any reference to episode 155 in the recording, ok?

In the episode I go over a Garmin Connect Challenge that I participated in, a little talk about my training and MAF

I hope you enjoy and don't forget you can get the podcast on Spreaker, Spotify, iHeart Radio, Stitcher, Podbean, Google podcasts as well as Apple Podcasts and maybe in the future on Audible.

Another one of those podcasts where I just jabber on about various things. I go through lower back problems, shoe bargains, a new watch and trying to set it up. Oh, and not to forget the project that Alexandra and I are presently working on. I start the podcast on my treadmill doing a walk using Zwift in run mode since there is no walk mode. I am walking around the reservoir in Central Park in NYC. Only see two other people, social distancing I guess. Then I head out to Stone Mountain to get in a six mile run on Sunday. This week I cut way back on my training, I went from about 80 miles on the bike to 12. and I also ran about 12 for the week. I guess that is called a rest week.
