    In today's episode, we have with us Mr. Aditya Saxena, an aspiring mental health care professional. What is unique about Aditya's story is that even though he is an MBA graduate and a marketing and management professional, he intends to follow his passion by making a career switch. He plans to start from the scratch to become a counselling psychologist so that he can professionally (and more effectively) do what he truly enjoys doing.


    In this conversation we spoke about the power of human connection, the impact of corporate culture on mental health, the flawed nature of the concept of stress management, the importance of learning skills of mental health care from early years, and a lot more.
