• Intra Energy Corp identifies lithium and gold systems at MHH
    Sep 4 2024
Intra Energy Corporation Ltd (ASX: IEC) principal geologist Todd Hibberd joins Proactive’s Tylah Tully to talk through results from a 1,960-metre reconnaissance drilling program at the Maggie Hays Hill (MHH) Project in the Lake Johnston Greenstone Belt, Western Australia. The company has identified large-scale lithium-caesium-tantalum (LCT) and gold systems. The LCT system extends over two kilometres with lithium grades peaking at 0.24%, alongside niobium and tantalum concentrations reaching 499 ppm and 788 ppm, respectively. Drilling tested seven pegmatites across 1,300 metres, revealing a broad LCT system enriched in several elements. Future efforts will aim to locate the core of the lithium system through additional geochemical analysis and further drilling, especially in untested areas to the west, east and north of the initial targets. The gold system, identified in the northern and central targets, exhibited low-grade mineralisation. Best results from the northern area included 2 metres at 0.3 g/t gold and 19 metres at 0.1 g/t gold, with notable base metal enrichment. While mineralisation was confirmed at both east and west reefs, the narrow and variable gold deposits suggest no further exploration is planned for these reefs. #Proactiveinvestors #IntraEnergyCorp #ASX #Lithium #Gold #Tantalum #Niobium #Caesium #MaggieHaysHill #Exploration #Mining #WesternAustralia #Pegmatites #GeologicalSurvey #MineralResources #IntraEnergyCorp #MiningNews #LCTSystem #GoldExploration #LakeJohnston #ReconnaissanceDrilling #RareMetals #Mineralisation

  • Elixir Energy confirms upper zone flow at Daydream-2
    Sep 4 2024
Elixir Energy Ltd (ASX:EXR, OTC:ELXPF) managing director Neil Young joins Proactive’s Tylah Tully to discuss it’s Daydream-2 well progress, located at the Project Grandis site in Queensland. The company has confirmed a production logging tool (PLT) has been used to evaluate the majority of the key stimulated zones of the Daydream-2 well. The analysis confirms that the upper zones are contributing to the flow, though the lower zone is currently dominating. Fluid and proppant accumulation at the bottom of the well is affecting the optimal flow rate. The company plans to bring back the Coil Tubing Unit (CTU), which is currently deployed with a neighbouring operator, to the Daydream-2 site. This will allow for nitrogen lift and clean-out procedures to improve the flow rate. This work is expected to occur before the end of the month but depends on the pace of operations at the neighbouring site. Young expressed satisfaction with the confirmation of flow from the upper zones, despite a slight delay in operations. He highlighted that the delays are due to increased activity in the Taroom Trough, which is becoming increasingly significant for Australia's gas supply. #Proactiveinvestors #ASX #ElixirEnergy, #Daydream2, #ProjectGrandis, #QueenslandGas, #TaroomTrough, #EnergyExploration, #GasFlow, #CoilTubingUnit, #NitrogenLift, #NeilYoung, #FlowTesting, #Wellbore, #UpperZones, #LowerZones, #AustraliaEnergy, #GasSupplies, #ProductionLoggingTool, #Proppant, #CleanOut, #HecticPace #invest #investing #investment #investor #stockmarket #stocks #stock #stockmarketnews

  • OzAurum Resources identifies new niobium anomaly at Salitre in Brazil
    Sep 4 2024
OzAurum Resources Ltd (ASX:OZM) has identified a new niobium anomaly at its 100%-owned Salitre Project in Brazil based on recent soil sampling results. The anomaly spans a strike length of 1 kilometre with peak niobium values reaching 190 ppm. This discovery was part of a reconnaissance geological fieldwork and soil sampling program aimed at exploring circular features identified through hyperspectral interpretation. The program detected anomalous niobium mineralisation in soil accompanied by ultraviolet (UV) anomalies indicative of carbonatite intrusions, which are key sources of niobium and rare earth elements (REE). The highest total rare earth oxide (TREO) value recorded was 614 ppm. Salitre is within the Alto Paranaba Magmatic Province (APMP) in Brazil, known for its carbonatite intrusions that produce 97% of the world’s niobium. OzAurum plans follow-up soil sampling over a 1.2-square-kilometre area and is prepared to begin drilling once environmental permits and landholder approvals are obtained. The company views the Salitre and Catalao projects as significant exploration opportunities within APMP, with ongoing evaluations of other prospects, including lithium, in the region. #ProactiveInvestors #OzAurum #ASX #Niobium #SalitreProject #RareEarthElements #MineralExploration #BrazilMining #APMP #CarbonatiteIntrusions #GeologicalSurvey #UVAnomalies #SoilSampling #MiningNews #REEs #EnvironmentalPermits #DiamondDrilling #BrazilResources #MiningProjects #ExplorationOpportunity #MineralResources #LithiumExploration #invest #investing #investment #investor #stockmarket #stocks #stock #stockmarketnews

  • Theralase Technologies Announces Promising Preclinical Results for Ruvidar in Treating HSV-1
    Sep 3 2024
Theralase Technologies CEO Roger DuMoulin-White joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share its lead drug formulation, Ruvidar, has shown significant preclinical effectiveness in destroying the Herpes Simplex Virus 1 (HSV-1), surpassing the current standard of care, Acyclovir. Acyclovir, widely used to manage HSV-1, does not cure the virus but helps to alleviate symptoms associated with herpes infections, such as cold sores, genital herpes, shingles, and chicken pox. DuMoulin-White highlighted that the global antiviral drug market is projected to reach around $71 billion by 2032, with approximately 3.7 billion people under age 50 infected with HSV-1. The preclinical findings indicate that Ruvidar is not only more potent than Acyclovir but also capable of preventing HSV-1 replication by an impressive 10 million-fold if administered one day post-infection—something Acyclovir fails to achieve. These promising results position Ruvidar as a potential game-changer in the treatment of HSV-1, offering hope for more effective management of this widespread virus. #proactiveinvestors #theralasetechnologiesinc #tsxv #tlt #otcqb #tftff #MedicalResearch #HealthcareInnovation #PatientCare #CancerResearch #ProactiveInvestors #invest #investing #investment #investor #stockmarket #stocks #stock #stockmarketnews #proactiveinvestors #theralasetechnologiesinc #tsxv #tlt #otcqb #tftff #MedicalResearch #HealthcareInnovation #PatientCare #CancerResearch #ProactiveInvestors #invest #investing #investment #investor #stockmarket #stocks #stock #stockmarketnews #Ruvidar #Acyclovir #Pharmaceuticals #Biotech #Oncology #ViralInfections #DrugDevelopment #ProactiveInvestors #invest #investing #investment #investor #stockmarket #stocks #stock #stockmarketnews
