    Overnight Brisket on a Pellet Cooker – let me tell you, this recipe is one of those perfect things.

    First, it’s so delicious that I don’t cook brisket any other way now.

    And second (and the best part) – it’s so easy that even a kid could do it… as long as they know how to use a knife. Or not even that, because they can always chop it.

    And you know what the best part is? This recipe’s so simple you can’t mess it up, and you likely got most of the ingredients already in your kitchen. Even if you don’t, they are absolutely budget-friendly.

    So, here’s what we got:
