Jerin is my very best Brazilian Jiu Jitsu friend, and it is such a joy to have her on the show. Jerin now trains with her whole family, but was put under a small amount of pressure when her daughter asked why she wasn't training too! Training has grown resilience through the whole family, and particularly Jerin's confidence has grown so much during her time on the mats.

When dealing with life, having Brazilian Jiu Jitsu as a skill has allowed Jerin to deal emotionally with situations in society.
