  • Aerial Silks and Healing from Infertility: Rediscovering Myself Beyond Infertility (EP 32)
    Nov 19 2024

What does aerial silks have to do with infertility? Nothing really other than it was the one thing that I said yes to on my own family building journey. I committed to trying it when I was lost, sad, and grieving from a painful IVF experience. I was yearning for something and in hindsight I needed it to start healing.

It was something that brought me back to life, anchoring me into my worth as a woman and a mom-to-be despite my challenges with getting pregnant.

  • Yes to Boundaries Means Yes To Protecting Your Peace When Navigating Infertility (EP 31)
    Nov 13 2024

In this episode, I share with you my raw feelings about how me being a people pleaser (now a recovering people pleaser) didn't help me protect my own heart when in the trenches of navigating infertility as I grew my family. The emotional struggles of attending baby showers and seeing pregnancy announcements led to feelings of jealousy, anger, and major distress.

I'm passionate now about helping women going through infertility see the importance of setting boundaries and protecting one's peace as a form of self-care. And you do that by starting with saying yes to your needs.

If you want support in taking baby steps to saying yes to yourself so you can go back to your family building journey with more lightness and ease, I invite you to a challenge I'm hosting where I break it down for you in 5 days and get you taking action towards clarity right away!

  • How Stepping Away and Saying Yes to Rest from All Things Infertility Led to Healing Across the Globe (EP 30)
    Nov 12 2024

In this episode, I really focus on the importance of finding joy and connection amidst the challenges we face as women going through the silent struggle of infertility.

I am so passionate about the power behind saying yes to spontaneous travel and adventures because it helped alleviate the stress of infertility treatments and pressure I was putting on myself to start a family because I felt I was disappointing everyone including myself.

But when you're struggling to build your family in the face of infertility, things get overwhelming and depressing FAST.

So I share my experience with saying yes to my needs and to spontaneity and how it helped me embrace moments of fun and reconnect with my true self. And ultimately gave me a chance to breathe and feel like myself again.

I personally invite you to a free 5 day 'Say Yes to Yourself' challenge aimed at reclaiming joy and empowerment as you navigate infertility so you can feel supported along the way to you feeling like you again.

  • How Saying Yes to Refocusing on my Career Became Led to Clarity on my Fertility Journey (EP 29)
    Nov 2 2024

A recent trip to my old stomping grounds sparked some reflection and I just had to share with you. So many moments where I chose to open my mind to opportunities that at the time felt aligned but didn't plan for that ultimately led to growth in my family building journey, to my personal and career growth and development.

Infertility consumed me time and time again even when I felt like I was making progress. And in this episode, I share how I reset each time and went into a saying YES to myself mode that helped me come back to feeling like myself again. Which almost always brought me more CLARITY and CONFIDENCE in my fertility journey and eventually the expansion of my family in ways that I had previously let go of because of infertility.
