  • What does aerial silks have to do with infertility? Nothing really other than it was the one thing that I said yes to on my own family building journey. I committed to trying it when I was lost, sad, and grieving from a painful IVF experience. I was yearning for something and in hindsight I needed it to start healing.

    It was something that brought me back to life, anchoring me into my worth as a woman and a mom-to-be despite my challenges with getting pregnant.
