I share some tips on how to overcome the fear of food and toxins, and how to make the best choices for your health and budget. Encourages you to listen to your body and see how different foods affect you, rather than following the fear mongering of others. Some of the key takeaways are:

    - Fear of food and toxins can stem from removing certain foods or food groups to heal your body, or from being exposed to too much information and misinformation about the dangers of certain foods or substances.

    - Fear is detrimental to your health, as it can cause inflammation, stress, and anxiety. It can also prevent you from enjoying the foods that nourish your body and soul.

    - Do not fear food, as it is meant to nourish your body, mind, and soul. Food is not the enemy, but a friend and ally. Enjoy it and appreciate it, and don't let fear ruin your relationship with food.
