I will touch on eating better, being active, and getting rest. I will show you some simpler ways to put yourself back on the front burner so you can take care of you while raising your family. I am a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellbeing Coach, but with certifications in Women’s Wellness Education, Stress Management, and Sleep Science. I am a mama to 8, which I solo parented 7 of those while working after a high conflict divorce. I got tired of not taking care of me and was exhausted trying to do all the things. I had to learn how to pivot and find simpler ways to take care of me in regards to healthier habits while raising my family. I will show you how to create simple habits that stick for your health, fitness, and family.
