If you struggle with abundance and building a solid foundation the Root Chakra is most likely out of balance and could very well be the cause of several issues that no matter how hard one works, will not be solved until they are addressed.

We cannot be anything to *anyone* until we can be that for ourselves first.

Taking time to repair the parts of self the rest of the world cannot see is a powerful choice, one that no one can take from you. That is an empowering awareness.

After cleansing the root chakra, one may experience a variety of positive effects that indicate greater balance and alignment in this energy center.

Here are just a few side affects:

• **Feeling Grounded:** A sense of stability and rootedness in physical body and environment.
• **Increased Security:** Greater feelings of safety and trust in self and surroundings.
• **Reduced Anxiety:** Calmer nerves and decreased overall anxiety levels.
• **Improved Physical Health:** Better physical health as the root chakra influences the organs and systems in the lower body.
• **Sense of Belonging:** Stronger connection to family, community, and the world at large.

Hello again wonderful soul!

Today I dive in deep to the decisions of my past that were rooted in unworthiness.

Many things transpired from those choices made in that belief and I share my past in hopes that those who resonate can understand that other side of the coin.

The one most wont talk about...

Ultimately. The choices you make are yours and yours alone.

This is just one outcome of many choices, but the lesson was always the same...

Worthiness, Acceptance, self love.

They are all gifts we may choose to give to ourselves so that we may go on to live a happy and healthy life.

To hold onto such things as anger, regret and hatred is to choose to deny oneself the gift of truly living in love.

Forgiveness and acceptance are gifts to self in that the mind does not stay trapped in the confinements of illusion.

Once the illusion is removed, then the pain diminishes as well .

My intention with this episode is to spark awareness fueled by love.

You just wake up and have a trillion choices to choose from with each moment you are gifted another breath of life.

What's even more wild is the ability to control the moments we experience in those very choices. No matter how small they may seem.

In this episode i dive into my own subconscious conditioning about sex. The detriments to NOT clearing out old conditionings, even if they may have kept us safe at an earlier point in life.. I discuss the importance of both being celibate but also allowing yourself to connect to another.

We are not here to live by a set of rules.
No matter what the outer circumstance may claim.
If we are not aligned to the right conditionings we risk being pulled to a lower version of self based out of pure comfort.
