In this first of its kind podcast, Dr. Richter brings in our very own Maria Lloyd for a Ketamine Infusion to treat her Depression. Maria has been open about her depression throughout many episodes as well as the role that ketamine played in helping her get through this depression. Maria had the idea that she would like to share publicly one of her treatments. In this episode, Maria shares more about her reason for seeking a booster infusion, and we record the entire infusion. For brevity sake, we have cut out from the moment the infusion starts to when Maria comes back to wakefulness. This episode focuses on the pre infusion preparation, Maria's reasons for seeking a booster infusion, the safety of booster infusions, as well as lets the listener in on a guided pre-infusion meditation done by Dr. Richter. Excuse the audio as the background music can be a bit loud, but this is real, and we are so glad to share it. We encourage you to watch the infusion on our YouTube channel with the link below.

In this episode Dr. Yanuck "interviews" Dr. Richter. Dr. Richter is a board certified emergency medicine physician and Ketamine Specialist who deeply understands this space. This "interview" is a bit unique. Dr. Richter and Dr. Yanuck are not just colleagues but also close friends since day 1 of medical school. They have been through both of their personal and career evolutions and over the last few years their paths have merged as they find themselves working to provide patients with access to Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. In this interview, Dr. Yanuck asks Dr. Richter to introduce himself and how he got into this space and what interests him about the space, and 40 minutes later...a story is told. This is truly Dr. Richter. While with his patients he is an incredible listener, if you get him talking about his passion...he will just go. This episode comes unedited to preserve the true essence of Dr. Richter. We hope you enjoy, and if not, that's ok :)
