About this listen

Zero Divergence, noun: no deviation from a course or standard.

After a key piece of evidence goes missing, a suspected serial rapist and killer evades prosecution. More than Royce Locke's reputation is on the line when his investigation into the failed chain of custody suggests Franco Humphries might've had inside help. There's no one Royce trusts more than Sawyer Key to help him right a wrong and uncover the traitor in their midst, but can they do it before the Savannah Strangler strikes again?

Relentless plus fearless equals flawless. Sawyer and Royce have come full circle-from hostile strangers to best friends and lovers. Neither a sniper's bullet nor an arsonist's fire could keep them apart, but what about a psychopath hell-bent on revenge? The stakes are high, and there's no turning back now because the zero hour is upon them. Tick tock.

Contains mature themes.

Good story but narrator not so much

Loved this third book on Lock and Keye. Story was good as most stories are by this author. However the narration was stilted, with pauses in awkward places and not a lot of range invoices

Great balance of story and romance

Every book I fall more and more in love with these two men. While some plot point are similar( someone always gets hurt) it doesn't make me any less invested or detract from the story. This 3rd book finally seems to close the Marcus sub plot and brings some much needed peace and clarity to Locke. Dealing with the release of the serial killer/ rapist that was his last case with Marcus puts a lot of things in perspective for Locke and Key is always right there help. Key always does some emotional growing with the aftermath of the fire at the end of the last book, These men grow not only as officers but closer together as partners. I can't wait to see what is in store for them next. The side characters we have met become the best friend's and family the guys didn't know they were missing out on, Locke is gaining a real family and Keys just keeps getting bigger.

Would I listen to it again: yes ✔
Did the story keep me engaged: yes ✔
Was I invested in the characters: yes ✔

📖 Story comment: Good pace, entertaining story, interesting characters.
This is a great conclusion to the overarching storyline in this series. The characters have grown as individuals and as partners throughout this series and it has been an exciting and emotional ride.
I've listened to all three books in this series (plus the Sinister in Savannah spin-off) back to back and enjoyed them all.

🎧 Narrator comment: Tristan James can be a narrator you either enjoy or don't. Personally I love him, I go through phases where he's just what I need in a narrator. I enjoyed his reading of this series and the Sinister in Savannah Series spin-off and will happily listen to them again.

Needs to be a series

Dickhead and Asshole are my two new heros. Please don't let it end here. More.

Great Series

Just finished zero divergence. Was really a great read. Loved all three books in the series. Just wish there was one or two more. Loved all the characters.

Tristan James as always was wonderful. I could listen to him now read anything. Loved lock and key, really great characters.

Will have to read more of Aimee Nicole Walker’s books.

Wonderful conclusion to this Trilogy!

I will admit that I listened to all the books available in the "Savannah" universe created by the author, then immediatly had to relisten to the first 3 because I wanted to relive how everything started again. These books have been listened to twice already and they will remail on my TBR-Again pile. Royce and Sawyer and incredibly relatable characters and I really love them and all the secondary characters. I loved knowing that there were more books available when I finished this book for the 1st time because I wanted more and I will continue to want more. I can't wait for all the books to (hopefully) be on audio.

So good

Zero Divergence is book three in the Zero Hour series. This book picks up pretty much right where Devil’s Hour left off. Sawyer is recovering from his burn wounds and Royce is struggling with his previous partner and friend’s suicide. Throughout the story the guys are trying to find out how critical evidence went missing, while trying to solve a murder and they also are trying to keep an eye on a known killer who was set free due to said missing evidence. The love these two men share grows even stronger throughout the story. There is plenty of action, suspense, bickering and lots of attitude! Highly recommend!!!

Loved it!

I had read the book already but the narration really brought it to life. A few times the voices were too similar so it got confusing but overall it was very entertaining.

Sensual Voice & Excitement

I've always loved Tristan James, but this particular book was so exciting. true crime meets a unique locale which in turn meets sexy characters who you'd love to be friends with.
