Enjoyable Read

I enjoyed Angela (Angel) and Eric's love story. I consider Eric to be on the mildly alpha side of things. He didn't unalive anyone and only semi threaten another guy, but he did display the possessiveness. There was little angst between the two, and I enjoyed that aspect of the story. I did side eye Eric's mother for her initial treatment of Angel. I made assumptions as to why but was wrong in that assessment. I like the direction the author took with that situation. Also, I rolled my eyes at mom because she missed a big moment and one of her reasons was, she had to bake ginger cookies. Eric is a fire fighter, and he was put in dangerous situations. We get to see these situations through Eric's eyes, and it added some suspense to the story. Although, I read book 2 first, this was a great start to the series.

Lovely story with a little spice

I enjoyed this. I was looking for more diversity in characters in my reading and this delivered. I lovely story with a little angst and reasonable amount of drama. Lots of cute moments. Didn’t love the narration but the story lovely.

Good read

I love this book the romance was a whirlwind and the male lead was amazing you won’t regret this book!

Awesome Storyline

Male voice was great on accent but most times he’s shouting. Then the female voice is quiet, meek and humble.

Great story but male narrator sucked

great story line and wonderful female narrator but the male narrator was cringy when he attempted the female voice and talked way too fast.

She stopped my heart

Loved The entire book. Was awesome. I gave a lot of insight into what a fire fighter goes through. And I love the spiciness of it. But chick can you stop my heart.

Trauma romance +great ending!

What a roller coaster? Great writing and delivery! New Fan! Lots of Cliff hanger moments.

Wonderfully written. the only thing I didn't like was the male author. He SOUNDED GREAT but I think he was ready too fast. Even when I slowed it down it wasn't that great.

Loved the relationship

I enjoyed this listen it's a good summer one, nice and easy development low angst. nothing spectacular just a nice story. I would have liked a little more towards the end but overall I enjoyed this one and narration, well I like Alexander Cendese and while he does need to work on his female voices I'm used to him and some are better than others but he's not unbearable. Zuz Robinson does a great job.

Eric’s inferno

Tiffany Patterson you have done it again this book was a great read. The chemistry between Eric and Angel was so hot and steamy. I recommend to all Amazon customers read this book you will not be disappointed.
