I especially appreciated how it started with a solid foundation before diving into key lifestyle strategies like nutrition, intermittent fasting, exercise, and sleep. The author even goes into mental and emotional resilience, and how it affects longevity, and I really appreciated those parts of the book.
The narrator kept a pace that was natural and warm. I highly recommend this book for anybody looking to optimize their health.

You know, I'm in the middle of raising small children, and am grinding as fast as I can. I needed this kind of thing to really make me think. The tone is positive, uplifting and encouraging.
And the habits suggested are practical and simple.
Wisdom is gleaned from the healthiest cultures across the globe. While I didn't resonate spiritually with everything suggested, the author actually presents ideas almost like a buffet, and with a very inviting tone. It's very "come-as-you-are" and take what works for you. So really, there's something in here for everyone.
Sharing joy, being mindful, reduce worries and regrets ... pretty universally awesome.
I'd recommend it, for any age.
