Most comforting

This book addressed my questions and gave me the most satisfying answers about my Godivas passing. She was my beautiful mini pin that is my soul/heart dog. It broke my heart to euthanize her after only eleven and a half years together. She had kidney failure and stopped eating among other issues and was so sick I had no choice. This book helped me recognize guilt is normal among other pet owners who do this. I also worried about her soul reincarnating and not waiting for me when I pass. I don’t want to count on finding each other again. I feel reassured she has heard me when I asked her not to and we will be together eternally. I am sure that is her wish as well since we were each other’s everything. I love this books clearly said messages and the reader is perfect. This is my favorite of all the books on this subject available on audible.

2 yrs later after my girl Bella - a super intelligent Lab died

I’m 65 and after 2 years I’m finally maybe able to adopt a new Girl or Boy Dog. I’ve been asking my Bella and all past dogs to let me know if they if they would mind and to give me a sign during and listening to the book.
For 4 nights in a row I would ask them to give me a sign. All of my girls were extremely scared of lightning. They would go to the bathroom and shake. I would go into the bathroom and lay down with them. Trying to reassure them that they were going to be ok. At around 9 PM I would listen to the book before bed. Every night at 9:10 PM the lights in the bathroom with a motion detector would start blinking. This went on for 4 Nights. I live alone. My kids are grown up. I go my answer, that I was ready to give my love to an adoption dog.

I want to thank the Author for a wonderful book. Even know I cried half the time listening to it.
Thanks Rich!!!!

Saving Grace

I just lost my pet son just a week back. And I strongly believe that it was my pet who inspired me to buy this audiobook the very evening we immersed his ashes in the Holy river of Cauvery in India. This book gave me the belief and solace that my pet is still with me. I am also an animal communicator and so I did communicate and surprisingly what I witnessed were all testimony to what the writer says about pets that go to heaven and that they do communicate with us. I feel at least my pet son is around although the pain of not having him physically around me is killing.
I think this book can give anyone who has lost his/ her dear pet some hope and faith that we can reach out to our pet.

Healing

This book helped me with grief of losing my dog. His death was sudden, a fast moving car ran him over. I just could not get the pain out of my head. This book helped me with the first stages of grief, thank you.

Nice Upbeat Tone

The material was a little basic, but I'm guessing that was its intent. The narrator's tone was upbeat, but it came across to me as if she was telling a story to children, not adults. And honestly, because of this way it was read, it made it a little hard to take it completely seriously. There were a lot of suppositions on the author's part as far as the content, but for the most part, I was in agreement with her, as I was familiar with a lot of the references she used. I was delighted and surprised that she included Pope Francis and his instructive and compassionate support for all of creation and our planet. I'm guessing the author is Catholic, so it was good to see that she included Pope Francis in her writings, as well as a reference to St. Francis of Assisi, as being the patron saint for the animals. Thanks to this author for this book, as it can bring comfort to those whose have lost their animal companions, so it should serve its purpose.
