About this listen

Prophecies are like rules, seemingly stern and inflexible...yet every cad knows, rules can be broken.

Admittedly, I've enjoyed my stay in the mortal realm of Ria. Meeting Clove and Jam has changed my perspective in so many ways. I'm stil Luc Vale, Demon Prince turned adventurer. But I know more of love and companionship than I could ever have imagined.

Yet like any wayward prince, my past seems intent on pursuing me. While my girls and I get closer with Caz and Ash, new dangers rise from the underworld. Some more easily dealt with than others.

Unfortunately, time is not on our side. The disaster we've all been waiting for has finally arrived.

Even now, cracks form in the foundations of the Mage Tower. The webs of prophecy draw tighter around me, trying to bind my wrists. Yet it would seem that Fate and Father have forgotten who they're dealing with.

I'm Luc Vale, mage adventurer extraordinaire. The Dark Lord himself couldn't spoil my plans.

More Wanted

This volume has a lot to offer and covers many things. I'm a fan of the pacing and content of this story and the fact it doesn't have a bunch of filler. I'm not sure how I feel about this. This is a great conclusion to a story arc, but not to the series.I hope the saga continues with a bit of slice of life/ adventure to the different regions and family.

Another awesome book from Atlas Kane!

I loved it! An excellent possible conclusion to the series with plenty of room to keep it going (hopefully another trilogy?). My only complaint is how dreadfully long (or so it seemed) I had to wait for this volume.

Another Homerun

This is just awesome all the way around. The characters, since of humor, the little Spawn, and all the little things that set the tone for this series are AWESOME. The spin on the characters make this tower series unique to me and I can't wait to listen to their next adventure. 2 Thumbs UP and 5 shiny stars.

Demon Lord or Harem King

I really enjoyed this series and I hope this isn’t the end for this series it’s been really fun and I love the dynamic of everything this story has.

It’s another win for sure and worth the credit for such a short book but entirely worth it.

Hood to see more from this series but if this is the end then it was a an excellent way to end the series with the idea that the characters live on having more adventures… well done.

Enjoyed

I enjoyed the series for what it was, a fun faced paced story with a entertaining MC, a harem of fun girls, a party of sidekicks, a blood thirsty "spawn" and a loyal champion bunny. It's just a good time to listen and enjoy a well done narration.

Terrific “soft ending”; 2+ more to look forward to

“Who Let a Demon Lord into the Mage Tower? Volume 3“ continues the hilarious, yet life-and-death adventures of demon lord Luc and his terrific (and mortal!) companions and fellow adventurers!

Often a favorite narrator, Erin Bateman absolutely nails this series! Author Atlas Kane gives her some delightful characters, dialogue and banter to work with.

Volume 2 ended with his adventurer party, along with a man who had once tried to kill Luc, discovering Luc’s true identity as a demon lord. Luc’s description of each member of his party, and Rhys, was very touching and set things up nicely for Volume 3 being more than Luc being part of, yet apart from, the party.

Volume 3 reintroduces the delightful bunny Benny, and brings Clove’s younger sister Mabel an unexpected and welcome role for herself. Clove, too, becomes more than a loving side-kick for Luc. The distinct personalities for Jam, Caz and Ash are developed further, and the role of Rhys matures nicely. Luc’s father makes a long-anticipated appearance with interesting revelations and results.

Fulfilling the primary goal for the adventuring parties would seem to be an ending for the series, but happily the author indicates that he plans on at least five books for Luc and friends; I hope it’s many more! 5* for Volume 3 of “Who Let a Demon Lord into the Mage Tower?”!
