Learn the essentials about the three "happy" hormones - oxytocin, endorphin, and dopamine - and estrogen. Oxytocin is a powerful hormone. It isn’t called the “love drug” for nothing. Endorphin is more of a catch-all as it implies a pharmacological activity as opposed to a specific chemical formulation. Dopamine is a hormone that is also big on making you feel good. Estrogen is basically a girl form of testosterone. It’s responsible for the development and maintenance of her female parts.

Story
Sydney Shaw, like every single woman in New York, has terrible luck with dating. She’s seen it all: men who lie in their dating profile, men who stick her with the dinner bill, and worst of all, men who can't shut up about their mothers. But finally, she hits the jackpot. Her new boyfriend is utterly perfect. He's charming, handsome, and works as a doctor at a local hospital. Sydney is swept off her feet. Then the brutal murder of a young woman—the latest in a string of deaths across the coast—confounds police. The primary suspect? A mystery man who dates his victims before he kills them.

Really grate introduction to woman’s health
Really like this book as a great introduction to women’s health when it comes to eating certain foods for your period. Love the tip in it. A little sad that we have to make the distinction of what she’s talking about wen it come to woman “ a person that can reproduce”. But that is the word we live in a had to to politely correct. Over all grate book grate introduction to woman’s heath and food.
