What an Awesome Real book!

I read this awesome book via Audible narrated by the author herself, Ms Tisha. She did a phenomenal job at not only writing about her amazing journey, but at telling her story like no one else could. I am very glad I got to be a part of her 'Gals Inspiration Hub'. She truly is someone I am glad to know.

Vulnerable and Authentic Inspiration!

Tisha Marie is such an inspiration as a mom, an entrepreneur and a connector. I admire her willingness to be vulnerable and share her truth so candidly. From getting pulled over by a hot cop to the inner struggle being named a moderator for a TedX talk, Tisha’s truth is bold and empowering.

Felt like I was reading her journal

I appreciated the author narrating her own book; I feel more connected to the story, and to her as a person because of this.
As a mom entrepreneur, I was able to relate to many of Tisha’s stories, especially to those of the sometimes-struggle between how to define my role as a mom and wife, and how to define my role as a business owner. I appreciated how she bared her soul, to share the raw stories of her life...as a mother, wife, and business owner. While we have met virtually, I know we will someday meet in person, and I feel like it’s almost unfair just how much I know about her, but I guess that’s one of the reasons why she wrote this book...to let others in...to let others know her...to help others feel comfortable, knowing we are all human, we all struggle, and, yet, we all keep moving ahead...allowing our experiences to continue to create us. Great work, Tisha!

Most memorable for me was her explaining her marriage troubles. Not many people are willing to be that open and raw with a bunch of strangers.

Her voice is LIKE BUTTER.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The story when she lost her beloved pet particularly struck me.

Real, Raw & Hilariously True For Any Entrepreneur

As mom growing a business of her own this made me feel not crazy or alone or inspired. It's so amazing to be along her journey that doesn't just talk about motherhood or business but also marriage and struggle and disappointment. I love this book as Tisha spoke to my heart sentence after sentence, curse word after wise word. Any mom struggling to grow something for themselves MUST read or better yet listen to this book!
