makes a lot of sense

I'm just getting started, but Derek's method makes a lot of sense. I am starting with a sense of hope that I haven't had on previous attempts to get healthy.

Simple and fast

I like that this book is very clear and easy to understand. He goes to the point and helps you understand that you can do it but you need to work for it. It definitely motivate me and inspired me to keep working on my goals.

Good, down to earth information

This is my first review. I downloaded this audiobook because of the high ratings and the shortened time (to fit a specific time slot in my day for multiple listenings). I am very pleased with the amount of common sense, no brainer information that is delivered in a short time. I appreciate the information delivered in layman's terminology (everyday language), straightforward manner and without the hokey ocean sounds, birdsong or "soothing" voice that is akin to a kindergarten teacher. A prior Comment referred to "commercials" for other products when actually the author gives direction to additional information if desired. I highly recommend this book.
