great deal for good books
love martin meadows books, just recently started doing more audio books. this box set is great cause you get so many all in one. what I do wish this box set had was a way to separate the chapters by the book so I know which book I want to read or go back to without having to scroll through chapters to find it. other then that this is a great set for anyone wanting to get a wide variety of self help books. but i wasnt the biggest fan of this narrator it was as if just reading the book to just record and get just another job done if that makes any sense. I received a free copy in exchange for an honest review.

Great Books
These are very good books that cover a lot of topics. The 365 book is loaded with helpful methods to increase discipline and productivity. As the author mentions in the book, practicing these methods will have significant positive impacts on other parts of you life and well being. The narrator also does a very good job of delivering the messages. These books should be in your library.

"How to Build Self-Discipline"--5, others 4 stars
Disclaimer: I am an academic and a writer, who was mostly looking for additional self-discipline hacks, particularly in writing. I received this bundle for free and was asked to provide an honest review.
My review: I loved the first book in the bundle--"How to Build Self-Discipline." Martin did a good job researching and writing it. He refers to many findings in psychology research with which I was already familiar and, to my delight, he described them quite accurately. He applied them very well. The book is excellent and helpful. I can see myself reading it again.
The other books in the set didn't impress me as much, but were very well-written and might be helpful for the right audience. I wasn't interested in the books on exercise or dieting b/c I have my own system for those that works well. The other books on self-discipline did not add much substance for me above "How to Build Self-Discipline."

The simple key to mastering self-discipline
I listened to some books by this author and I am always pleased with the content, and especially his clarity on thigs. He shares lots of useful tips and also bits of his experience. I loved every one of his books! There is great value in this bundle!

The perfect self discipline box set!
I enjoyed listening to this self-discipline box set. It's very practical, realistic, and inspiring. I can't wait to start applying what l learned. Also, for the price, it's a no brainer. You will enjoy it too.

Straight to the point but loaded with advice
most authors nowadays overuse the concept of story and spend little time or sometimes lose altogether the gist of the message not this author! Stuck to the point through out...only issue is I can't save the the books separately

Lots of books for just one credit! Use the propaganda effect on yourself for good by listening to Meadows tell you again and again how to build discipline, commute after commute.

Great book(s) on discipline
Great book on how to establish a disciplined life. Gives me hope that, although it will take time and hard work, disciplining my life is a real possibility.
