good but inconsistent

I kept up with the story all the way to this most recent book and I enjoyed the whole thing but it had some serious and consistencies between the books some very glaring inconsistencies. one being because of their ties one dies they both die. that was just thrown out the window and never mentioned the time gap between when the 1st 2 gods bounded was days at best yet they talk as if volk had his for a few weeks and the other had it for months there was that much of a gap in them. it's a good story I just wish it didn't suddenly change the rules.

I enjoy this world

I get engrossed in the story the moment I start listening and I don't like to stop.

Speechless but not really

This story was AMAZING, one of the greats.
the cliff hanger at the end has me unable to contain my excitement!
I desperately need the next book already.

I don't ever write reviews but I had to for this book and series. One of my favorites from Shami Stovall yet! Just can't say enough about the character growth, the expansion of lore and world building. More please!
