So this was a lot of fun kinda of a unique leveling system with relatively interesting abilities. The only thing that kinda bothered me was the bit of over-repetitiveness of the second book it had the tendency to repeat things over and over again it wasn't as bad as some books but it was more than the typical Refresher that some books offer. Don't get me wrong I enjoyed the book but it left me kinda wanting to skip part. That being said I can't wait to get the next book.

This series is an excellent addition to any LitRPG collection. Cool powers, hexes, and curses litter a broken world where humanity must play a deranged version of the Hunger Games to save the multiverse. This isn't another EverQuest clone. It is a new and refreshing take on the genre. I can't wait to do into book three.

I really loved how engaging the story was, there was a complete sense of dread in the beginning and it just kept rolling from there and I didn't want to pause.

I loved listening to this series so much it’s one of my favorites now and I hope the 3 book of the series (The Nexus Challenge) will be up on Audible soon so I can finish this series.

I really liked the progression of the characters. Its not perfect but I was entertained and couldn't stop listening! I cant wait for the rest of the series. The narrator was good, wrong accent probably, but he did good job. I was able to look past that and enjoyed his performance. Worth a listen for sure!
