About this listen

Do you struggle with Autism, PTSD, or worse? Have you been looking for relief to no avail?

If so, then you are one of the millions around the world who have been struggling to find relief from mental illnesses without having to turn to harmful medications. And just like many people, you have probably never heard about the Vagus Nerve.

The Vagus Nerve is also known as CNX and extends from the base of your skull down to your colon. More importantly, when stimulated, it has been shown to relieve and even cure different kinds of mental illnesses. Best of all, stimulating the Vagus Nerve is an all-natural solution to these problems, one that doesn’t include any harmful side effects.

When we create safety for ourselves, our body and mind can work together as they were designed to do. I have found that safety is essential for creativity, for connection, for thriving. It is also interesting to note that creativity and connection to other people provide us with safety.

Our body is the vehicle given to us to get us through this life. It senses things that our conscious brain cannot always understand quickly, and its reactions need to be taken into account when making decisions.

Weird

Polyvagal theory was interesting at a glance, but I'm not sure if the information here is substantial. It seems like something that appeals to people who can't fathom not having an answer for their pain. On the other hand, there is a lot of good stuff in here (that is also found elsewhere). I'll pass on the espresso enema.

Terrible enunciation

For a book like this, pronunciation, enunciation, and basic understanding of topic and related systems is needed. I needed to buy the book to accurately understand parts.

EMPHASIS on understanding theory part.

If you're looking for practical exercises that chapter is number 21. Lots of theory but short on clear description of physical actions. Lots of telling you why you are stressed out which stressed me out.

Was this written by AI?

By the middle of the book, the sentences stopped making sense sometimes. Some info seemed good. The beginning seemed like an actual book and then… huh?
