A life changing for a “good girl” woman.

This is the kind of book every woman should read, especially, the “good girl” ones. It contains facts, real life exemples for the mum, the professional, the wife, the girlfriend, the daughter, the mistress, .. thanks for such a great book.

Actionable advice and great exercises! The metaphors may not be to everyone’s taste, but they are effective.

Should be required reading for all women, ages 20-80.

What if we women could undo millenia of cultural conditioning to merely accept what we get, keep our mouths shut to injustices, and freezing in response to inappropriate behavior from others? This book is a training ground in learning to ask for what we want and deserve, and in sticking up for ourselves. I wish I'd had it in my twenties.

This well written and well spoken book is like unfolding a map that has exceptional instructions that are adaptable and clear. The author seems to have the life and professional experience to share her insights, knowledge, and direction to her readers and listeners. The lessons will help anyone to navigate and enjoy a life full of accomplishments toward a better world for themself, the people in their world, and, as a natural progression, the world at large. I look forward to beginning my own journey afresh with compassion, humility, and justified power as I learn to dream again with greater vision.
