Pretty good
I'm in an FLR and found this guide to be very realistic in what it says. Wish it was longer and went into more detail about having an exteme FLR, but nonetheless pretty good.

not to bad.
Will leave you wanting more and not in a great way. more like a essay on what is an flr and a tiny scratch of the surface of the complex nature. also gets repetitive like a high-school essay that ran out of topics but needed more pages added.
