And so the key question: Who is going to lead us?
The Web can do amazing things, but it can't provide leadership. That still has to come from individuals - people just like you who have a passion about something. The explosion in tribes means that anyone who wants to make a difference now has the tools at her fingertips.
If you think leadership is for other people, think again - leaders come in surprising packages. Consider Joel Spolsky and his international tribe of scary-smart software engineers. Or Gary Vaynerhuck, a wine expert with a devoted following of enthusiasts. great book - will buy the hard copy!
this was a great book. I am new to audible and not used to listening so sometimes I wish I had the book in front of me. other times I would find myself no longer paying attention to the narrator so I may have missed some things. but overall the book is excellent. great content. I will probably actually buy the hard copy.

This book is crucial for anyone in leadership
It was a well written and very helpfum book. I gained a lot of insight from it. I can't wait to recommend it to others and listen yo more content from this author.
It was so refreshing to hear this take on leadership and communication. That, the author's use of storytelling, and their personality really made the contents of this book so impactful.
