Can't WAIT for this incredible story to continue!!

What made the experience of listening to Tools and Means the most enjoyable?

Take a thrilling serial killer with a sympathetic backstory that makes you wince, a handful of dynamic characters with desires and goals and blind spots, and then throw in a left turn that just blows your mind.... what a great way to start off a series!!
