Wild vulgar ride

I went in blind just knowing what heard in the clip. This story was good but not for everyone. Had some wild sc nes I didn’t expect.

The characters

Overall, I enjoyed the book. I like how the characters were written. They all had reasons to dislike them, which is what I liked about them.

The author has writing talent, I couldn't stop listening. But damn I feel like I need a shower. I'm an artist I can dive into anything book wise. I have 825 titles. Nothing has ever made me feel like this novel. I worry for the mind that can come up with this and do it as well as this author did. There is rape, torture, sex with animals. I don't even know what to call that and I ain't Googling it. So disturbing on so many levels I would have turned it off long ago if I wasn't on a 7 hour drive. Anyways buy at your own risk.

Stunningly gruesome

A perfectly horrific story with a twist. If the trigger warnings aren’t too much for you this is a good read! Well written and perfectly narrated

Hoping for horror, only P*rn and R*pe.

if you're into the more erotic and horny parts of horror, this is for you. personally, I like story heavy novels that don't focus on intimacy and horny scenes. But It was an interesting journey overall. No hate at all to the author. I just wasn't the intended audience : ) keep writing. thanks for the story.

perfection. yes it's gross and horror and scary. that's what he writes, but I loved it.

this story is not for the faint of heart. if you like to read gritty violence and a full explanation of the gore. you will enjoy this book.
the writing is masterfully done. All the characters are believable with great dialog.
the are parts of his gore description that he took a little too far, but that's my personal taste. my personal taste in a story shouldn't take away from how well written this story is. I will definitely look for more from this author.

Way too much!

Way too much. Not horror but sexual gore. disturbing, to say the least. Wish I had understood the context before listening.

A new spin on the virus and zombie tropes

A spin on the virus and zombie story tropes. It was different, and I like how Kristopher Triana used these tropes. I loved Leslie’s character and Chuck’s. Also, the side characters Eugene, Sh!tty, and bar man were entertaining. Some things took away from the story, though. This started as two parallel stories. Well, one was a side plot, sort of. The side plot followed a different timeline, and the time was accelerated and vague, which I learned was intentional. This was confusing until about the 90% point when it made sense. It was a little jarring up until that point when it switched back and forth, as the two stories seemed to be unrelated and in different universes. There was also a bit of expository writing that took you out of the story and felt a bit like it was lecturing the reader, which also seemed a little forced. Overall, I enjoyed the story; it was a great experience, other than what I mentioned. I listened to this on Audible, and Chuck Brugee gave an outstanding performance. The story made my 12-hour road trip go much smoother.

Mostly for shock value

Not a fan overall, just got to feel like it was over kill and cringeworthy overall.
