This book gives a vast insight as to how our brain functions, how simple things could be solutions or close to a relief for someone suffering from long time Trauma. It helped me figure out how some things which bother me as an adult, things which happened in childhood. How as humans we suppress our trauma without realizing it. How we dismiss certain things or activity which unknowingly happens to us as a result of the certain traumas. How ignorant we could be of ourselves. The voice of the reader is good, however I was able to find many pronunciation errors and repetition of lines, she could use little bit of intonation.
