These days, no one in America feels immune to violence. But now, in this extraordinary, groundbreaking book, the nation's leading expert on predicting violent behavior unlocks the puzzle of human violence and shows that, like every creature on earth, we have within us the ability to predict the harm others might do us and get out of its way. Contrary to popular myth, human violence almost always has a discernible motive and is preceded by clear warning signs.

Good information, but mostly recipes
I like the beginning. Then she launched in on how to add ACV to green beans and dishes.

Tried it and I liked it, great info.
If you could sum up The Truth About Apple Cider Vinegar in three words, what would they be?
Amazing information
What did you like best about this story?
Easy to understand and informative.
Which character – as performed by Ambyr Rose – was your favorite?
This was an easy listen for me.
Any additional comments?
I'm only 79, but most of the information was new to me. I started drinking ACV daily and within a few days I was feeling BETTER and now most of the arthritis pain in my knee has gone away. I also read "Apple Cider Vinegar Miracle Health System" [Kindle Edition] by Paul C. Bragg, which I highly recommend.

Not good in Audio form
This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?
The narration sounded as flat and robotic as you can get and still be called a human. I also don't like that nearly half of the already short book is read out loud recipes.
Has The Truth About Apple Cider Vinegar turned you off from other books in this genre?
The information is solid, just not for audiobook.
How could the performance have been better?
Put some life into the book or actually right the book in story format.
