It's hard to find a better coach or human than Tony Dungy. His success on the gridiron matched with his insight as a football commentator placed him in an exclusive category of human. But what really sets him apart is his respect for others and his ability to bring an air of dignity to professional football. What I always wonder was how did he infect his teams with a hard knocks winning attitude and be so mild mannered? This book uses a fable to tell how he did it. This is necessary for anyone who wants to have a winning team in sports, business, or life. It is worth listening to more than once.

Easy to Use

This books a great diagram on creating an award winning team. I will be honest, I did get lost I. The fictional component, but it was needed to illustrate his points.
Once the lessons were learned and they were discussed further I was really able to grasp the content.
Great book and I will take the lessons learned to further my ability to create teamwork in all facets of my life.
