Tony's method of introducing mentorship with leadership was very unique. the way he introduced Bible verses to support his commentary gave a unique perspective.

Must read if you are a leader

This book is so good. I am starting a new position as instructional leader for an Elementary School. I have learned so much and can take many of the tools from this book to apply to my new role. I am glad I decided to listen to this. It was worth it.
