Useful info that mainstream health industry doesn’t want you to know. I don’t agree with every single thing here. But most people can cure whatever they have if they listen to most of these guidelines. Good luck!

Repetitive

It’s interesting to read a self-help book that was written so long ago, but it’s very repetitive. I definitely couldn’t finish it because it just kept saying the same thing over and over.
