A fun love story

This was an unexpected delight to read. A fun love story with a great, well thought out characters, a great build up. I enjoyed it thoroughly and look forward to reading more from this author.

It’s a cute read . Not like the best book ever written , but it’s good.

Lots a quick listen and the story and plot are not that bad . They are cute and they will take you out of a reading slump .

Dialogue

Witty, likable characters with effervescent dialogue. Just the right amount of heat while keeping it closed door.

Light and good listen

Storyline was good. It dragged a bit at points but it’s a cute friend to lovers/parters story.

Predictable

Admittedly, I am a male so my perspective may be different. Felt a little too cliche for me. Some of the character development was very good. Writing was good with the details without being bogged down in them.

This is the kind of love story that I enjoy

Frenemies to being in love, even though they both had big issues. I liked the six scenes with left to the imagination rather than like extremely graphic books.

I listened to the book in one day! Narrator was great and book has a cute story with a happy ending! Would definitely listen to it again!

Firefighter 👨‍🚒 roommate…of course

Friends for a decade, roommates for a couple of that and then you find love. Of course, you would. Not the traditional meet cute story and that’s what I liked about it. How often do longtime friends become more? A lot. It’s good to have a storyline play that out.

Better than the author's first book

This is better than the author's first book. I would say that the first half is stronger than the last half. Graham is such a sweetheart. However, it's weird that this is a FWB situation and the intimate scenes (which also got them closer) are fade-to-black. How Claire's issue was resolved also felt weak/like a cop out to me. Great narrator and banter though!

I loved this story and all the feels.
Claire and Graham are perfect together. The triggers were relatable and resolution was realistic
