Great First Book!

Rich character development is so important to me, particularly in a romance novel. She knocked it out of the park! And the plot line was so different than what I’m used to, while still having aspects we all love to read about. (Oh, no! Only one bed?!) The narration was spot on too. Looking forward to more from this author!

Loved the story and performance!

The story had a slow start, so it took several tries, but I am so glad that I stuck with it. I loved the premise and that kept me listening, and after the first five chapters, I was hooked! I loved the story and the narrator.

Two love stories in one!

I love an interwoven love story. The banter was perfect! Paul was one of my favorite characters and the way he and Noelle grew to love one another as chosen family *sob*

Sweet and spicy

It had both, the sweet and poignant and the spicy and hot. I love the relationships between the characters and character development.

Best rivals ever

I think the rivals part was done very well. I also like not waiting for someone to make a move, I think the love story was perfectly paced.

Beautiful story

I devoured this beautiful story and romance. There was plenty of steam as the romance got going and the accompanying storyline was just as interesting. Can’t wait to read another by this author. Kyla Garcia did a fantastic job narrating both characters.
