I’m loving Pippa Grant’s stuff! Likable characters, cute stories, fun dialogue with some seriously goofy situations. Erin and Jason are two of my fave narrators. On to the next!

great funny hockey romance

this story is HILARIOUS! I couldn't put it down. No spoilers but if you dont laugh at the 1st chapter scene in the closet, you're not human!

Gloriously Hilarious and Heartfelt

How many ways can you turn the name Zeus into a verb? Many. Many glorious ways. Zeus, Joey, and The Pilot & the Puck-Up had me crying, laughing over and over. The outlandish and outgoing personality of Zeus Berger is so entertaining and perfectly paired with bada$$ Joey "Fireball" Diamonte. I already loved Zeus and Joey on my first read through, and then I listened to the audiobook version. I never knew I needed every scene with Zeus and spiders as badly as I did until I heard Jason Clarke gloriously bring them to life. Both Jason Clarke and Erin Mallon are absolute perfection bringing The Pilot & The Puck-Up to life.

This book was so much fun to listen to. Laughed till I cried🤣😂. The narration was perfection as always with Erin & Jason.

the story line, definitely different. first few chapters laugh out loud funny. continues to be funny, although toned down through most of chapter 8. first time they get up close and personal very unique, doubt I've seen that before in a romance, interesting. from mid chapter 20 focus is on sex, lots of sex. around chapter 24 (ish) couple chapters all sex, skipped much of this, repetitive. although i did like book there were a couple big irritants: can only hear "lady boner" so many times - enough already, also CONSTANT repetitions of "demigod in my pants", and "this woman was made for me". really, a decent editor should have fixed this, between these, and a couple more repeated phrases, i almost quit. finished it because some parts very creative and first third very funny. spoilers!! H is a huge hockey player who doesn't get close to anyone outside his ppl. h is special forces pilot who acts more like a man than a woman. they both support a charity organization that helps ppl with dyslexia. h is looking for investors for her company that wants to advance space flight exploration. H is about ready to retire. LOVED side characters prince manning and the young girl bailey. enjoy. peace

Re-listened. Enjoyed it much more this time. Definitely too much sexbut the entire rest of the book pretty funny and also touching. If not for all the sex would rate it a 5

Feel good Story

Love the meeting, interactions, and bantering between Zeus and Joey. Funny feel good story. wasn't sure that I would like the Berger twin stories, but like usual Pippa hits a goal in the first shot. The Hea and bonus Epilogues are just as good.

Can’t get enough of this series

Loved Joey and Zeus. I think they were the strongest and were such bad a**es together Never laughed so much. Next book is downloaded and ready.

Cute story

It was a cute story. I love how strong the leading lady was. The plot was cute, and I loved the banter. I liked the read, but not one I would read again.
