surprisingly good

surprisingly good. likable characters, sexy steamy love scenes, simple but good enough story, and great narrators. I usually can't tolerate first person narrative but for some reason wasn't bothered this time.

So GOOD!!

So I have quickly become a GIANT Amy Daws fan and have been dying to get thru her backlog and one of the stories I’ve been dying for is her Tires, Tires, Tires romance. Let me tell you...it didn’t disappoint. It’s got the comedy and quirky characters I’ve always come to love and rely on in Amy’s books as well as a perfectly steamy and romantic romance.

Sexy Mechanic!!!

I read an article on Facebook awhile back where this author took her car in for service and found that she was inspired while writing in their customer service waiting room. Not wanting to waste this new inspiration, she borrowed cars from family and friends that needed servicing so that she could keep writing in their waiting room. Essentially, that's what Wait With Me is about. I love that she took a real life situation and turned into on of her books. Although, I don't think she fell in love with a mechanic while she was there.

I enjoyed this unique storyline and I do find myself a fan of Amy Daws writing. She has a great sense of humor and her characters are very likable. If I had to give a downside to this book, its purely a personal thing. The heroine does all the chasing in this book. I'm just one of those readers that prefer the man to chase the woman. Despite the heroine doing all the work, I enjoyed the story.

I listened to the audiobook and LOVED the narrators. Erin Mallon is a fav of mine and this was my first Teddy Hamilton experience. I was not disappointed. I highly recommend the Audiobook!

Swooned all over again!

When I find a book that I absolutely loved reading I tend to get the audio book as well; and that is exactly what I did with Wait With Me.

This story was FANTASTIC on paper and even more so on audio. The narrators brought Miles and Kate to life. For me, a narrator can make or break the story and they certainly made it!

Once you have read the book, grab the audio, sit back and enjoy all over again!

Amy Daws Perfection!

I love all things Amy Daws and Wait With Me is no exception! Knowing how she got writing in a tire shop made this story just that much more extra. I loved Kate and her alter ego and what is better than a hot mechanic?! Great book!

Narrators were perfect for this book!

A wonderful book that will keep you interested.

I thought that this book was amazing and kept me entertained. The Voice actors give off a wonderful vibe and I would listen to anything by them in the future. I am so glad that Amy Daws is in the author world because she is a fantastic author. I would very highly recommend this book to anyone that is in need of a RomCom laugh because I laughed so much listening to this book.

Must Listen

This book was recommended by all of admins of a social media group for audible romance books and it is so worthy of the kudos. It is a steamy sweet story that made me smile as I listened. I clipped many parts for a re-listen. Amy Daws picked the perfect narrators with Erin Mallon and Teddy Hamilton. It’s a definite yes to spending your credit for this one!

I buy & listen to a vast amount of audio book's 1000's (this is my 1st review) IF you enjoy this genre you will love this book.

Great story

Kate & Miles have wonderful chemistry together. They each have a past that trips them up with relationships. Amy Daws effortlessly sweeps you away into a heartfelt romance with laugh out loud poignant moments. Plan to fall helplessly in love with this book. Erin Mallon & Teddy Hamilton do an amazing job portraying the characters, bringing them to life and humanizing them with their emotions, attitude and personality. They do more than giving their characters their voices, they fall into the roles and become the character.
