Perfect
Easily one of my all time favorite trilogies in this genre. Every character is memorable and each scenario was a good time. When I first started this series, I assumed each book was the conclusion of a perfect run so I was skeptical when all three books were about this one run. After all, how much could you really write about one run? As it turns out, a lot, and it was still a lot of fun.
There is absolutely nothing in this series I can complain about and I have a feeling that this series has ruined the rest of the genre for me in that I'll always compare every other book I read to this one. To think I only got this because the first book happened to be on sale.
I'll be looking forward to more works by this author.

If anything.. this story is a bit too powerful, much like it's main character.. a subversion of expectations, a delight of wit, and a surprising depth of emotion.
I think l need a break before the next book.. the ending being like a spiritual Thanksgiving dinner; comforting and satisfying, but also tiring in a happy way. I truly can't feel there would be a better ending, despite wanting the story to continue...
