Loved this not quite historic story
This is a fun listen based on two world famous women, Josephine Baker and Julia Childs. They bother served their country during a time when neither was respected. A good listen of storytelling.

Worth the listen
The premise is interesting and most of the acting is good. Julia’s voice is a challenge to listen to for that long especially when she’s making privileged white woman mistakes. But I suppose that’s sort of the point.

Silly but fun
I love a historical fiction. This one was definitely silly and full of hi jinx which was fun but maybe minimized what the women really contributed. Overall I enjoyed the listen
