Who?

A bit confusing….narration made it even more. A little twist towards the end I didn’t see coming. A short listen (6+hours) and good for entertainment!

Great book, but slow to get to action

Great story looking forward to reading more by this author in the near future 2024!

The narration was off. Good story line. Sad ending. Correcting my previous review. This isn’t my favorite book.

Intriguing Story!

Intriguing story but initially thought that one of the readers voices didn’t match character’s voice that was first introduced. By the end of the book, it was clear what the author was portraying. Brilliant! A page-turning that caused me to finish in a day!

Hard to listen to

The narration of this book made it hard to listen to. It’s a shame, because I feel like the storyline would probably be really good had it not been for the terrible narration.

The plot twist toward the end!!

Definitely a great read from beginning to end. This author brought all the characters to life just when you think you know what's going on . ..Boom at the climax!!

What did I just subject my ears to?

The narration of this book was a smoking hot mess. I felt like I was listening to fourth graders try to read above grade level. Horrendous. The story wasn’t bad. This narration needs to be done over.

A fun twisty read

Shanora always comes with the twists and turns. I really enjoyed the performances and the story was very gripping

Great story; not so great narration

The narration for this story threw me off because it was so inconsistent. One character should have the same voice. It was hard to follow along until I realized what was happening. Other wise the story was great!

A bit of a thrill

This was a very quick listen. At first, I wasn’t sure if I was going to enjoy the audio, but after listening to several chapters and the different characters, it became more enjoyable. The thrill element was there and the way it ended was good. if you’re looking for a quick read with a bit of mystery then this would be a good one for you. I’d say it’s a 3.5 overall.
