Publisher's summary

I friend-zoned Hunter Lachlan because I thought he could never give me what I needed.

After a decade of pushing him away, I don't recognize Las Vegas' new Don.

Maybe my childhood best friend knew me better than I ever realized....

And maybe, just maybe, he's the one man for whom I'll kneel.

I want more!

The Oracle is the second book in The Revelation Duet about the Valentini Family.
I was sad to come to the end of this book. Not going to lie, Hunter is one of my new favorite book boyfriends. He’s a strong, confident badass who knows when to be tender and patient. He’s the perfect partner for Aurora who is one of the most clever women who never lets anyone see she’s an infallible human. The give and take between them, both inside and outside of the bedroom, was beautiful.
Family means everything to The Valentini’s and I loved the glimpses of Luciu and Jen from The Oath Duet and really hope we will get Stan’s story.
All the books in this series are done in dual narration, but we do get a little duet action during the text exchanges and CJ Bloom and Joe Arden’s chemistry shines during these moments. This series is definitely meant to be listened to - CJ Bloom and Joe Arden are perfectly cast.

Loved it!

The narrators really brought this story to life. I could listen to these voices all day long. They made a great story just fantastic! The Oracle is packed full of non-stop action, intrigue, emotion, steam and love. The writing is just top notch and one of her best works. I just loved Aurora and Hunter’s dynamic. They are a definite force together. This story is just so detailed and just an amazing listen. I loved it!

HUNTER FLIPPING LACHLAN!!!

The Oracle is the action-packed, mesmerizing, HOT AF conclusion of The Revelation Duet. Hunter Forking Lachlan!!! The Cinnadom Don is my new favorite hero type. Hunter is the reluctant Don who embraced a harsh mafia life for the woman he loves. The same woman who inspired cinnamon roll Hunter to explore his darker desires. An ethical man who commits morally gray actions; Hunter is the kind, compassionate, would throw himself on the fire for you, unicorn book boyfriend. Aurora Valentini levels the fork up in The Oracle. She has skyrocketed to the top of my book bestie list. With a spice level eleven, heartache, redemption, pulse-pounding action, The Oracle has everything!!!

I have raved about Joe Arden & CJ Bloom’s performances in The Valentini Family series, but they SLAY in The Oracle! Hunter is my new favorite Joe Arden character. I didn’t know I needed the Cinnadom Don in my life, but he is etched on my heart. CJ Bloom as the artist, consigliere, mafia queen, all around bad bish, Aurora is epic. The new bar has been set for my favorite dark mafia romance. If you like mafia, suspense, heart-stopping action, and off-the-charts spice, get The Revelation Duet in your ears, immediately!

Loved this duet!

Joe Arden and CJ Bloom are back at it again! The story is phenomenal and they just amped it up!

I don't know what else to say about this book except....I👏🏼AM👏🏼HERE👏🏼FOR👏🏼IT! I can honestly say that this book right here is in my top for 2022.

This book was soooo good! I don't have the words to truly express what I'm feeling. To be honest, Aurora was a character that I didn't like while reading The Don/The Lady. Now that we see her at a different angle in The Consigliere/The Oracle, everything makes sense. She is a ball buster. She has had to prove herself time and time again on her rise to the top. She feels SO much when you would think that she doesn't feel at all. When we see her underneath her layers, she is such a beautiful soul. My heart cried for her at one point.

Aurora and Hunter are hot!

The conclusion of this story is perfect! CJ Bloom is quickly becoming one of my FAVORITE narrators. She was perfection as Aurora, strong, vulnerable, Witt and a badass! She brought all the emotions of Aurora.
As always Joe Arden held his own as Hunter. Boy when D came out to play I had to fan myself.
I love how Serena has blended all these series together and we still get glimpses of the Five Points and The Sinners!!

Joe as Hunter and CJ as Aurora to finish out The Revelation Duet is worth the wait. You’ll love them just as much as I did!

🎧 AUDIO REVIEW ADDED 🎧

Joe Arden as Hunter is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. When he goes into D’s voice…just perfection. And CJ Bloom as Rory? She is amazing at showing both Rory’s business and vulnerable sides with eloquence and grace. I am a firm believer that EVERYONE needs to hear Hunter. Seriously love that man.

📚 BOOK REVIEW 📚

Jeez…can Serena Akeroyd get any better? Every time, I don’t think that she can top the last, but, goodness does she! We pick up with Hunter and Rory where we left them at the end of The Consigliere and it is like there was no wait for the second book! We dive straight in and it is a rollercoaster that has you hanging on all the way to the end. I absolutely adore Hunter and want as much of him as possible as we continue through the Five Point/Valentini world. He is just…*sigh* perfect. Seriously…I just…can I keep him?
