This book could change your life
If you're interested in mindfulness or maybe just want to be a little less angry or reactive, then this is a great book. Rachel does an amazing job of making her content relatable and reproducible. There are lots of helpful tips and practice. I strongly encourage anyone to give this book a go. It could change your life. It's changed mine.
