Finding Calm in a Turbulent World
With all the turbulence in the world today it isn’t always easy to find a calm and peaceful state. I found this book to be a great resource to help with not only finding that calm state but also the confidence to make it happen.
Cate Thomas’ narration really brought this book to the next level. Fantastic!

Slowing down as a general theme is excellent
This is an excellent book to aid those in need of balance and peace. Concepts are clear and thoughtful as well as practical. There is no ‘one size fits all’ approach which reduces the stress involved in considering personal application and implementation. Overall, an excellent read for those of us wanting to find a way to balance our busy lives with finding calm.

Actually surprised
I thought this book might be full of what I call "fluff" and filler but I was wrong.
Its actually very well researched, written and narrated and more importantly easy to follow with good flow.

Happy with my purchase
As my title says I am happy with my purchase as it helped me being a calmer and more in control person. I am excited to see what this year will bring me, now I am more confident and in control of my own life. Cover is a bit weird tho!!

Immensely helpful book!
Had it in print which was really good but the audio version takes it a new level. I found easier to digest, easier to listen to discreetly when needed and just a really enjoyable and informative listen. This has helped my confidence, calmness, assertiveness and therefore my happiness a lot over the 3 months I have had it. Cannot recommend this highly enough. Thanks to the author!
