Even though Chase--one of my favorite authors--insists he wants to be left alone, I refuse to let him wallow in whatever’s drowning him. A local bookstore owner and author myself, I’m intrigued by the man who’s a master of the written word. Unfortunately, his social skills could use a lot of work. Even so, I’m determined to pull the irritable and frustrating man out of the dark pit he’s fallen into and back to the surface no matter how hard he fights it. I only hope dragging Chase down that fiery path just might reignite his spark and that I don't get burned in the process.

Unlikely Love Story
I really did like the storyline! Reading this unlikely live story was full and twists and turns while keeping me engaged. The performance was okay. The male narrator was cool but the female narrator’s voice was a little choppy.

The story was Amazing, the Shvonne never disappoints! Loved it!

Everything I ❤️❤️❤️🔥🔥🔥
I was nervous about how long it was but after listening to the sample I couldn’t stop listening! I ❤️ the whole story fm beginning to end n the narration as well which was me taking another chance I don’t ever take if I Nvr heard of them lol! It made me laugh esp the way Prime expressed himself. Also Lisara wasn’t wimpy whiny or stupid like many of the female love interests. Looking forward to the next….great job on this one author!

Glad I changed my mind
I kept passing this book up and finally I decided to read it and I’m so glad I did, from the beginning this book had me. Never lost interest at all so many twists and turns, well done and the narrator’s did a wonderful job bring the book to life 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾

Suspenful and low-key down to earth
Really enjoyed the content and contextual writing. The author really captured a lot. From spiritual, mental, and physical. How to truly confront what truths and reality of ourselves. Not only being authentic with ourselves and showing up to others with the same authenticity.
