Heart wrenching story

A beautiful depiction of the various kinds of relationships and the hardships that can so easily come between two people. As well as the beauty of family. Never leave words left unsaid.

Joanna is such a beautiful writer. I look forward to her next book. Such a clever story line, with some fun turns and smaller story lines.

Worth the read

This book had great reminders on Love and affection for the unmarried, newly married and the seasoned marriage. Pushing communication and transparency through hurts and pain. It’s a great written testament of love between persons, love of God and His sovereignty. A little long winded for me with extra side stories I could have gone without, but definitely worth a listen.

A love story for everyone

I appreciated the god centred nature of this story, the respect for marriage shown, the reparation and hope of love even in broken pain filled people. I found the voice hard to listen to at first but the charm of the story soon had me not noticing it.

beautiful book full of “true love”

I don’t know how she does it but Joanna has written another beautiful deep love story that is not sappy, but powerful. She has brilliantly laced the story with the human struggles we all face in life. This amazing author expertly writes these stories that pulls you into the lives of these people that seem real. Then at the end wraps the story up in a package that displays the love God has for each of us.
I they recommend any of her books. This one was excellent and really takes you on a wild goose chase of who wrote this long lost love letter. I love how the characters have depth and substance to them. I was wondering how in the world this would end without leaving loose ends. Thankfully I felt fully satisfied at the end.

Beautiful multifaceted love story

I loved this. Loved how many love stories are woven in and loved how wonderfully and truthfully the author spoke of God, His perfect love, His power and closeness and grace, that was unexpected and I needed it. Beautiful ending. Also just an entertaining book! Very very well written. Love the period it was written in. As a female medical practitioner I identified with the main character in the passionate calling, I listened to this in just one day!

I wasn’t sure I would like this book when I started it. But as always, Mrs. Politano does not disappoint. Beautiful!

Unconditional Love

I typically stay clear of “love story” genres, however, I knew early in the book, this was much deeper. Much to my delight, I was right and God’s unconditional love prevailed. Sweet.
