Great Book if your ready to change your life for
Me personally this book was a huge eye opener. I felt the author did an excellent job on this book. She explains with examples and I love that. The workbook allows you to work thru some emotions, so you actually are making some change. I could tell a big difference how I felt after reading this book . She gaves important tools to implement that no one ever taught me before. 💯🥰

Great guidline for inner bonding
I really enjoyed this book. Couldn’t stop listening.. all life aspects are covered with clear inputs, supproted by examples, how to actually implement them in our daily lives. I really hope they will work for me :) also the narrator was great to listen, completely followed the sensitivity of the topic.

Great lessons to continue to connect to the divine
Great book to help you continue to connect to the great divine. Many of the lessons in this book reflect many of the lessons or teachings of Buddhism. It's great to hear that regardless it's all connected. My favorite parts are the Butterfly effect and the 100th Monkey. It was a point of great reflection for me 😁
