Another good read!

Great writing! Just enough twists to keep a reader on the edge of their seat!

Good book

This was a well written book, with an engaging story line, and well rounded and interesting MC. Narration was as usual excellent.

Great story + Abby Craden = awesome

I’ve read most of the books by these two authors but I’ve only purchased one of these through audiobook as I’m not as big of a fan of the person who narrates most of Anna Stone’s books. Needless to say I was super excited to see this one come out with Abby Craden narrating. I hope she does the entire series.

As for the book itself, I have to admit, the fake relationship is one of my favorite tropes so I was already hooked. Add in the witty dialogue and the wonderfully written spicy scenes and you have a great book. The main characters each had minor annoying habits, balanced out empathy, compassion, kindness and growth which made them both likable and realistic. I really hate when a MC either walks on water or is beyond atrocious. They’re human with strengths and flaws so I enjoy seeing them portrayed as such and the authors did an excellent job with it.

I’m always a little skeptical when two authors co-write because sometimes the shift in styles is glaringly obvious but this book was smooth and cohesive. Can’t wait for the next one!

It was a good story, but not my type. The performance by Abby Craden was phenomenal as always.

Loved this book. Characters were easy to root for! Bedroom was icy HOT and had an edge that made you squirm.

Love the second story

Great book. I love everything about the second book. The characters and the whole storyline. Anna Stone and Hildred Billings are beautiful writers. I especially love Abby Craden reading this book. Excellent narrator always.

It's kismet for these two!

Parker and Julia are such a cute pair. Julia helped to bring out Parker's softer side, and Parker helped to build Julia's confidence. Not to mention, I always love when characters from other works by the authors make an appearance, no matter how brief.

Sweet story with the perfect amount of Spice 🌶️🌶️🌶️

Once again, narration by Abby Craden had me falling hard for the characters, as well as the storyline! The story is well written with diverse characters, some you will love to hate & some you might hate to love.

Perfect Intro to a Complicated Family

This book was my first exposure to both Hildred Billings and Anna Stone. I absolutely loved it. The introduction to the Black Family was a perfect beginning look into the dynamics that created not just Parker, but also her sisters in the following books. I always love a reformed bad girl and Parker Black is the best of them. I love that Julia got everything she needed, from the most unlikely of people.
